Today is Henry's 2nd day of training at Pilipinas Teleserv. He's working there as a call center officer and his account is Touch Mobile or TM. He'll be in training for 16 days and his pay is almost 17k a month. Not bad for a first time call center agent.
I remember my first call center, the now defunct TCI. My base pay was 12k plus commission, but I was never good at hard selling so I didn't take home that much. For Henry, there'll be no selling involved and he's just there to take in calls.
I'm glad Henry seems excited about his new job, and that he likes his workplace. Free parking for his motorcycle is also a plus for him. I just miss seeing him at home when I get here.
