Henry just got called by a call center he applied for. Yes, he is finally trying his hand out at the call center world. I'm wishing him all the best of luck, since this will be his first time to apply for a job in a call center. He was invited for an exam tomorrow after passing the initial interview through phone.
I am happy in a way that he's getting a first person view of the job I've had for almost 4 years. He'll understand how it feels to sit in a chair all day, with air conditioning making you as cold as possible (since our IT always reasons out that the room needs to be kept cold so that the PCs which are on almost 24/7 don't overheat, without any thought to the people that use it), and taking in unexpected calls and speaking to the best and worst of people.
I wish you all the best hon. I know this career change of yours will be a totally different ballgame compared to the one you've been used to for the longest time. But as always, with whatever you decide, you have my full support. Love you hon!
