Since the 1st of this month, I have not been
eating rice and I have been moderating my meals in my effort to lose weight. I weighed myself last January 14, and my weight was still the same. For me, it's OK since it means I didn't gain any new pounds. But a lot of people have been commenting that my tummy doesn't bulge as much anymore. I guess I just have to work on my crunches and do some walking to shed the pounds off.
I'm glad that I've been able to stick to
the diet that I imposed on myself, and I'm also glad for everyone's support, especially Henry. He makes me wheat bread sandwiches and fixes my meals whenever he's around. Thanks hon. Love you. :)
