I had my final interview for the Quality Assurance Specialist at work around 3:30am, and my three interviewers informed me after several minutes that I was hired! Being a QA is a step up from being an agent, which I have been for a total of 3 years already. It would be a nice change of environment to not be an agent anymore.
I'll miss all the friends that I've made in the 10 months that I've stayed with my account, but I didn't dream of being an agent forever. At least before my mother in law migrates to the States and me quitting working altogether, at least I won't be resigning as an agent.
What confuses me is the fact that half of me wants to stay where I am and the other half wants to grab the opportunity to be promoted. I still have not been presented with a job offer as a Quality Assurance Specialist and I have not signed a new contract yet, so if this gut feeling of mine becomes too overwhelming, I still have the chance to say no. Oh well, I guess I'm just confused.

opportunity only knock once so grab it, you are just a little apprehensive about it because you already build friendship with them..
oo nga sis eh, attached na ako sa mga team mates ko. we've been together since training, so almost a year na kami magkakasama kumain ng lunch, mag-break, mag-videoke, etc...pero thanks ha, i've decided to go for it na rin. tama ka, it's once in a lifetime.
