A Successful Install

Yipee!

Today at work we were allowed to make calls for around 5 hours since we're still in the transition phase and our Group Manager challenged the team to make at least 10 installs for that 5 hours. I'm very proud to say that our team was able to make 14 installs instead of the 10 that we were challenged to do so.

My install was by far the most complicated one for the day. I had to to a MAC clone which is basically something very technical and something I knew little about. To be honest, the only thing I know how to configure is my Asus Router and that's about it. When I was faced with the Motorola device and the Time Warner cable box, I have to admit I was totally lost. I almost gave up on the install but my teammates kept pushing me to keep going. One of them used to be a technical support representative so she guided me and we were able to install the device successfully.

I'm really glad they were there and I'm glad that I listened to their advice. It's been a while since I truly felt part of a group, which was years ago when I was still working for another contact center.
